Application Instructions

Western makes every effort to readmit all students returning to complete a first degree, who left in good academic standing and submit a complete readmission application by the priority deadline.

Applications received after the priority deadline will be considered on a space available basis.

Do not use this application if:

1. You plan to enroll as a non-matriculated (not formally admitted) student through Western's SPAN program. Contact SPAN at (360) 650-3650.
2. You only plan to register for Summer Session. Contact the Summer Session Office at (360) 650-3757.
3. You are applying to transfer into one of Western's extension programs; please contact the program staff for related instructions.
4. You are applying to enter the Human Services program. Contact Human Services at (360) 650-7759.
5. You have withdrawn during the first two weeks of the quarter and plan to return the next quarter.
6. You have been academically dismissed. Contact Academic Advising at 650-3850.

Remember:

• Make sure you read the Returning Student Information.
• Mail official transcripts if you have attended any other educational institutions since leaving Western.
• If you have been absent more than one calendar your, include information about why you left Western as well as an academic plan for when you return.
