The transfer application deadline for Summer/Fall 2012 was April 1st. Students who submitted their application by the deadline are considered on-time and will receive priority consideration.

Although the deadline has passed, late applications will be considered after on-time applications have been reviewed. A brief explanation for applying late should be included at the start of the essay.

Create your account, sign in and begin your Western transfer and postbaccalaureate application. Once you've started, you will be able to save your application and return to make changes at any time before final submission.

To complete your application, you will need to provide: personal/family information, official transcripts from every institution attended and an essay (for transfer students) or a statement of purpose (for postbaccs). Transfer students who have earned fewer than 45 college credits will also need to provide high school transcripts and ACT or SAT scores.

Upon completing the application, you will be asked to submit credit card, debit card, or electronic check information to pay the $55 application fee. If you are requesting a fee waiver, you will have the opportunity to do so at the end of the online application form.

Both Transfer and Postbaccalaureate Students may apply online using the Western Transfer Application. Extension applicants must use the Extension Program Application.
