Extension Program Application
Depending on the intended program of study, Extended Education Program applicants are able to apply for admission either online or using a paper application. To complete your application, you will need to provide official transcripts from every institution attended and requirements specific to your intended Extended Education program. Review the complete application instructions before you submit your application and contact your Extension Program for their specific requirements.

Create your account, sign in and begin your Western extension transfer and postbaccalaureate application. Once you've started, you will be able to save your application and return to make changes at any time before final submission.
When you are ready to submit your application, you will be asked to provide credit card, debit card, or electronic check information to pay the $55 application fee. If you are requesting a fee waiver, you will have the opportunity to do so at that time.
