Campus Tours

Western has a lot to offer every student, but our campus is one of the things we are most proud of. We invite you to come visit Bellingham and our beautiful campus to get a better feel for what being a Viking is all about.

Campus tours include:

• A 90-minute walking tour of Western's campus led by a Student Admissions Representative. Tours are offered at various times; select a tour date below to view availability.
• Viewing of a residence hall room.
  • Note: between academic quarters (intersession), our campus tours will not include a residence hall viewing. Please review our academic calendar for the most current schedule.
• Weekday Tours only: Opportunities may be available to visit academic departments, Financial Aid, and other student services after each tour. Please contact them at least 2 weeks prior to your visit to make arrangements. This only applies to Weekday Tours that do not fall on holidays.
• On-call advising in the Admissions Office is available without an appointment Monday through Friday from 12pm-2pm.
• It is recommended that you visit campus when classes are in session, as you will get the best exposure to campus life and access to campus services.
  • Note: many offices and academic departments may be closed or unavailable on weekends as well as during holidays, finals week, and intersession. Additionally, the Viking Union, Western Bookstore, Student Recreation Center, and Dining Halls and campus eateries generally have reduced hours during those times. Please review our academic calendar for the most current schedule.
