About Me

When I was in high school, I had no idea what I wanted to go to school for. Originally from Vancouver, WA, I moved to Bellingham in 2021 to attend Western. In 2025, I graduated with my bachelor’s degree in Sociology and a minor in Spanish. As a first-generation college graduate, I am the first person in my family to not only attend college, but to earn a bachelor’s degree.

During my time at Western, I worked as a Student Admissions Representative, where I gave campus tours and connected with prospective students and their families. I was also an active member of our Latine Student Union. After graduating, I moved back to Vancouver and worked with AVID students in my school district, supporting middle and high school students. These experiences showed me how much I enjoy working with students navigating the college process

Now that I am back in Bellingham, outside of work, I enjoy going to coffee shops, spending time with my friends, and appreciating the beautiful outdoors – from the comfort of my home. I am excited to be back at Western, supporting prospective students and hopefully making this whole process easier. Please don’t hesitate to reach out if you have any questions.
