What I'm passionate about and why
I'm passionate about social issues such as reproductive healthcare, environmental racism, and gender equality. I want to work in public policy and protect citizen's rights through our legal system.
Why I chose Western
I choose Western because of the outdoor environment and community it provides for students.
An experience or class at Western that made me go "Wow!"
I've gained a lot of hands-on experience in my Fairhaven field study classes that go on trips to Mt. Baker and all the way up to Blaine. I've really enjoyed the opportunity to work side by side with my peers and professors outside of the classroom.
