Interests

I’m a member of Western’s Women’s Lacrosse team and the International Business Network Club. When I’m off campus you can find me at any of the three nearby lakes or at Bellingham Bay. I’m a true water child and love swimming and hiking in beautiful Bellingham.

Why I chose Western.

I chose Western because I didn’t really know what I wanted to be when I grew up. Western has a very wide range of areas of study and there was something for all of my interests. Through a little experimentation I found a path that truly resonates with me! Plus, you can’t beat this location. Bellingham is beautiful!

An experience or class at Western that made me go "Wow!"

Through Western I had the opportunity to study abroad in Argentina! It was a life changing experience and I would recommend it to anyone, and it wouldn’t have been possible without the tireless help from Western’s EdAbroad team.

My advice for incoming or prospective students.

My advice to incoming students is join a club! It’s the best way to get involved on campus, meet new people, and have a great time doing something you already love.

What I like most about Western.

My favorite thing about Western is the community. It’s amazingly welcoming and truly feels like home.
