We are excited to host you and your students on campus!
High school student groups (9th–12th grade), Transfer student groups, and Compass 2 Campus partnered school groups are welcome to arrange a group visit.
Groups are limited to 100 students per visit. For groups of more than 100 people, please email firstname.lastname@example.org to discuss visit options. Groups that have fewer than 15 participants are asked to attend our regular Campus Tours (offered most weekdays and select Saturdays) or Discovery Day programs.
Visits are typically offered Monday through Thursday at 10 a.m., and select days at 11:15 a.m. Please note that we are unable to offer personalized group visit agendas outside of this schedule. Group Visit Requests are first come, first served, and must be submitted at least three weeks in advance. Unfortunately, we may be unable to guarantee requests submitted less than three weeks from the requested visit date.
We are unable to schedule visits on weekends, Fridays or major holidays. However, if your group is only able to visit on one of these dates, please contact email@example.com to inquire about available options.
Hosted by the Office of Admissions, High School and Transfer Group Visits are available Monday through Thursday at 10 a.m. and select days at 11:15 a.m. Your visit agenda will include a campus tour, admissions presentation, and the opportunity to meet with a department or student services representative upon availability. Please note that we cannot always accommodate additional representative requests.

We cannot guarantee that schedule changes made within one week of your visit date will be fulfilled. This includes any day-of alterations. Although we will try to accommodate any unforeseen circumstances that may affect your group visit (e.g. traffic), it isn't always possible to honor changes in the agenda. Your understanding is appreciated!
Since space is limited, we ask that you please notify us at least 72 hours in advance if your group must cancel.
