What I like most about Western
The community here at Western is unlike any I've ever seen before! I feel so welcome everywhere on campus. My peers and teachers seem genuinely excited to see me at clubs, activities, and even just in class. Everyone is so kind and inclusive, and overall, when I stepped onto Western's campus, it just felt like home.
Why I chose my major
I have always taken an interest in the behavioral sciences, but I never considered that it could be my major. In Winter of 2023, however, I took a class called Language and Brain that the professor described as "less language, more brain." I absolutely fell in love with neuroscience, and after a bit of research into the major, declared a Behavioral Neuroscience Pre-Major.
